The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Chennai, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 [Indian Act] at Chennai before a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the CEO of FunOnClick.com.
